In addition, AskRAI logs all conversations that occur within its platform (e.g., chatbot interactions in Teams, WhatsApp, or web interfaces). We strongly discourage users from sharing sensitive or personal information (such as government IDs, medical records, payment details, etc.) through AskRAI interfaces.

Users are responsible for:
- Complying with organizational policies and applicable laws when using AskRAI
- Refraining from submitting sensitive personal information through the chatbot or ticketing systems
- Informing their organization’s administrator if they believe their data has been mishandled

Organizations may request access to or deletion of user data by contacting AskRAI support at info@askrai.ai. Requests must come from verified administrators or data protection officers.
